LAND OF THE FREE. . .

We really live in a great country, and I don't think I fully realized that until I visited another country. It's amazing the things you take for granted. But since being in the military I have become fiercely patriotic. I am amazed at how many "boys" it seems are puting their lives at risk to keep the rest of us safe. Some of them are so young. A lot are so young. When Joe was in Iraq I was always so grateful to the people who would show their support for the troops and who would realize the sacrafices that men, women, and their families make for this country. Don't forget to keep them in your prayers :)
