Makenzie went to the dentist today and he surprised us by deciding to pull a tooth. She had a permanent tooth that came in before the baby tooth came out and it's behind all her front bottom teeth, so he pulled the front baby tooth to make room for the permanent one to come forward. She did so good, I was a wreck though.
